The full spectrum medical sauna difference:

  • You get more therapeutic benefits for less---the Rapid Heating System™ produces a sweat almost immediately while increasing your body temperature at the same rate as working out. This means more efficient detoxification, cardio conditioning, quicker muscle relaxation with recovery, and better immune boosting benefits.

  • More powerful far infrared heat waves---most infrared saunas only offer heat waves at one end of the infrared spectrum. Our sauna offers full spectrum of “near”, “mid” and “far” infrared waves to penetrate the skin fully for maximum therapeutic benefit

  • Made from 100% non-toxic hemlock in the USA---hemlock has natural astringent properties that benefit detoxification, your skin health, and much more (plus it’s completely non-toxic and smells amazing)

  • 3D Heat Therapy™---exclusive to the medical sauna, 3D heat penetrates deeper into your body’s tissues and cells for quicker relief of muscle tension, greater immune boosting benefits, and more

  • Spacious enough for Hot Yoga—-the bench is easily removable, allowing plenty of room to practice hot yoga

  • Safe Cool Down System™---cooling down gradually is essential to safe and healthy sauna therapy. Our sauna allows hot air to escape slowly toward the end of your session, allowing your body to cool down at a safe pace, preventing possible issues from a rapid change in temperature.

proper hydration is the most important requirement for infrared sauna use. Drink plenty of fluids with electrolytes is recommended before, during and after infrared sauna use. Calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium are minerals that often get depleted during sweating. If during the sauna, you have any signs of rapid increase of body temperature, a noticeable “racing” of the heartbeat, extreme redness of the skin and feeling light headed or extremely faint, end your session immediately. Occurrences of this nature are very rare. Please consult your physician before using the infrared sauna.
